In this work will be analyzed the connections between democracy, unders- tood from the point of maximum participation and Human Rights, with social justice and equity as possible main elements of it, with self-management, to democratically enrich social, ecological and educational experiences. Through theoretical discussion it is to show the need to spend a minimum democracy, liberal, at a maximum, based on social justice, to meet demands of participatory and civic equality. It is concluded that to speak of a kind of enriched democracy in rights of all the people, the free-market and focus on property weaken a notion of this that should be much richer, using the elements already named to illuminate other society and therefore education.
