dc.description.abstractO objetivo deste trabalho foi avaliar o crescimento da bananeira (cv. Maçã) e a variação do pH no meio de cultura, com e sem plantas, por efeito de diferentes doses de sacarose, na fase de enraizamento. Foi avaliado também o desenvolvimento dessas plântulas, provindas da fase de enraizamento, durante a fase de aclimatação. O experimento foi montado no, delineamento em blocos casualisados com quatro repetições e os tratamentos consistiram na cultura dos explantes em meio contendo as doses de sacarose (20, 40, 60 e 80 g L^-1); Foi avaliado o desenvolvimento das plantas nas fases de enraizamento e aclimatação. Durante a fase de enraizamento, a massa fresca diminuiu com o acréscimo das doses de sacarose no meio. Entretanto, a massa seca aumentou com o acréscimo das doses de sacarose no meio. O pH diminuiu tanto no meio com quanto no sem explantes, ao longo do tempo. Na fase de aclimatação, as plântulas submetidas as maiores concentrações de sacarose, durante a fase de enraizamento, apresentaram menor acúmulo de massa fresca e seca na parte aérea e no sistema radicular.pt-BR
dc.description.abstractThe objective of this work was to evaluate the growth of banana (cv. Maçã) and pH variation within culture media, with and without explants, over the rooting phase under different doses of sucrose as well as to evaluate the development of plantlets from rooting during the acclimatization masc. The experiment was arranged in a randomized complete- block with four replications and consisted in culturing the explants in media containing the following sucrose concentrations: 20, 40, 60 and 80 g.L^-1 . Plant perfomance was evaluated both during moting and acclimatization. During rooting, fresh matter decreased as sucrose concentration increased in the medium. However, dry matter increased as sucrose concentration increased in the medium. There was a pH decrease both in the medium with explants and in the medium without explants, along the time. During acclimatization, the plants which had been submitted to higher concentrations of sucrose during the reoting phase showed a lower accumulation of both aesh and dry matter in the aerial parts and root system.en
