Narrativas discentes sobre saúde e sofrimento mental do Ensino Superior

Abstract

O presente trabalho teve como objetivo analisar narrativas discentes sobre saúde e sofrimento mental no Ensino Superior no seguir diferentes processos de subjetivação que atravessam os estudantes universitários. Para tal, utilizei como método de pesquisa o processo narrativo em que o estudante narra um trecho de sua vida, em especial as vivências com saúde e sofrimento mental no Ensino Superior. Para alcançar meu intuindo, me envolvi no processo de pesquisar e narrar, o coletivo “Enq é Empatia” ouvindo narrativas de duas alunas participantes do coletivo, bem como uma aluna egressa do curso de Engenharia Química, para assim, entender como o os alunos do curso acima citado e a vida universitária podem ser atravessados por singularidades que potencializam a experiência universitária. Assim os novos regimes de subjetivação em que os estudantes estão envolvidos, não podem ser considerados como uma experiência íntima e interna, mas uma produção coletiva de maneiras de sentir, pensar e agir. Os resultados apontam que o coletivo “Enq é Empatia” se apresenta como um agenciamento de possíveis a colocar numa zona vibrátil temas como formação profissional, rendimento acadêmico, saúde mental, valorização pessoal, práticas docentes, expectativas familiares, modos de subjetivação de discentes, animadas em políticas econômicas e de produtividade das indústrias. Enfim, enquanto coletivo, o “Enq é Empatia” surge em um campo de tensões em que são colocadas em cena de negociação territorialidades diversas a produzirem e pensarem a construção de papéis profissionais e práticas universitárias, tanto discentes quanto docentes. This work aimed to analyze student narratives about health and mental suffering in Higher Education in following different processes of subjectivation that go through university students. For such, I used as research method the narrative process in which the student narrates an excerpt of his life, in special the experiences with health and mental suffering in Higher Education. To reach my purpose, I involved myself in the process of researching and narrating the collective “Enq is Empathy” listening to narratives of two participating students from the collective, as well as a student from the Chemical Engineering course, to thereby understand how the students from the course mentioned above and the college life can be crossed by singularities that enhance the university experience. Thus, the new subjectivation regimes in which the students are involved cannot be considered as an intimate and internal experience, but as a collective production of ways to feel, think and act. The results pointed that the collective “Enq is Empathy” presents itself as an agency of possibilities to place in a vibrating zone themes as professional formation, academic performance, mental health, personal valuation, teaching practices, family expectations, subjectivity modes of subjectivation of students, animated in economic and productivity policies of the industries. Finally, as a collective the “Enq is Empathy” emerges in a field of tensions in which diverse territorialities are put on the negotiating scene to produce and think about the construction of professional roles and academic practices both students and teachers.
