Resumo
Com o objetivo de verificar o efeito da adubação nitrogenada, fosfatada e potássica sobre o acúmulo de macronutrientes e a suscetibilidade ao dano mecânico da banana 'Prata Anã', foi conduzido experimento no Distrito Agroindustrial de Jaíba, em Matias Cardoso-MG, com dez tratamentos constituídos pela combinação de doses (g/touceira) de N, P e K,de acordo com uma matriz baconiana, sendo 1: 25045-700; 2: 250-25-700; 3: 250-70-700;4: 250-100-700; 5: 250-45-300; 6: 250-45-500; 7: 250-45-1000; 8: 150-45-700; 9: 400-45-700; e 10: 600-45-700. O tratamento 1 é o de referência, correspondendo às doses adotadas pelos bananicultores da região. O delineamento foi de blocos ao acaso, com quatro repetições. Foram utilizados cachos do primeiro ciclo de produção. A Suscetibilidade ao dano mecânico foi quantificada pelo impacto de uma esfera de aço de 66 g solta sobre o fruto, à altura de 1,20 m. Amostras de frutos de cada parcela foram utilizadas também para determinação de N, P, K, Ca, Mg e S. Apenas o fósforo afetou a suscetibilidade ao dano. Seu efeito foi quadrático, com máxima suscetibilidade na dose de 69,9 g por touceira. Doses crescentes de nitrogênio proporcionaram efeito quadrático sobre a concentração de magnésio no fruto, corn ponto mínimo na dose de 411,3 g de nitrogênio, por touceira, e efeito linear negativo na concentração de cálcio no fruto. As doses de fósforo proporcionaram efeito quadrático sobre as concentrações de nitrogênio, fósforo, enxofre e magnésio, com máximo nas doses de 54,5; 70,2; 57,7; e 61,2 g de fósforo por touceira, respectivamente. Em relação às concentrações de potássio e cálcio, os efeitos foram lineares, sendo crescentes, no caso do cálcio, e decrescentes no do potássio. Doses crescentes de potássio resultaram apenas em efeito linear negativo na concentração de nitrogênio no fruto e efeito linear crescente na concentração de cálcio.
An experiment using different combinations of N ,P and K doses was carried out in the Jaíba Agroindustrial District of Matias Cardoso-MG to verify the effect of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilization on the uptake of macronutrients and susceptibility of “Prata Anã' bananas to mechanical damage. The experiment used a Baconian matrix approach, with the following ten treatments (N,P,K doses, g per shoot): 1: 25045-700, 2: 250-25-700, 3: 250-70-700, 4: 250-100-700, 5: 250-45-300, 6: 250-45-500, 7: 250-45- 1000, 8: 15045-700, 9: 400-45-700, 10: 600-45-700. The control treatment (1) corresponded to nutrient doses adopted by regional banana growers. A randomized complete-block design with four replications was used. Banana bunches were selected from the first production cycle. Mechanical damage susceptibility was quantified by dropping a 66 gram steel sphere on the fruit from a 1.20 m height. Samples of fruit from each parcel were used to determine N, P, K, Ca, Mg and S. Phosphorus was the only nutients founds to affect susceptibility to mechanical damage, showing a quadratic effect, With maximum susceptibility at the dose of 69.9 g per shoot. Increasing doses of nitrogen resulted in a quadratic effect on fruit magnesium concentrations, with a minimum at the dose of 41 1.3 g nitrogen per shoot. Nitrogen also had a negative linear effect on fruit calcium concentrations.
