Bem-estar financeiro dos cooperados da UFVCredi: um estudo com os contratantes de antecipação salarial

Abstract

Este trabalho teve como objetivo diagnosticar os fatores que interferem no bem-estar financeiro dos contratantes de antecipação salarial na UFVCredi. Para a coleta dos dados primários e secundários, foram utilizadas entrevistas semiestruturadas e relatório de endividamento disponibilizado pela cooperativa (agosto de 2017 a agosto de 2018), respectivamente. Para a análise das informações, foram aplicadas técnicas de Estatística Descritiva (Frequência) e análise das falas dos entrevistados. Os resultados demonstraram que os contratantes de antecipação salarial têm dificuldade em organizar seus recursos, baixo nível de conhecimento financeiro e altos níveis de endividamento. Concluiu-se que esses fatores estão interferindo negativamente no bem-estar financeiro desses indivíduos. Sugere-se à UFVCredi a realização de um projeto que introduza conhecimento financeiro a esses cooperados.This study aimed to diagnose the factors that interfere in the financial well-being of contractors of salary anticipation in UFVCredi. For the collection of primary and secondary data, we used semi-structured interviews and debt report made available by the cooperative (August 2017 to August 2018), respectively. For the analysis of the information, Descriptive Statistics (Frequency) techniques and analysis of the interviewees' speeches were applied. The results showed that contractors of salary anticipation have difficulty organizing their resources, low level of financial knowledge and high levels of indebtedness. It was concluded that these factors are interfering negatively in the financial well-being of these individuals. It is suggested to UFVCredi to carry out a project that introduces financial knowledge to these members.
