Abstract
Um dos desafios do cultivo do alho é o controle de plantas daninhas devido às suas características fisiológicas, resultando em altas populações no campo. Este trabalho objetivou avaliar volumes de calda e modos de aplicação do herbicida Flumyzin no controle de plantas daninhas e investigar seus efeitos nas injúrias foliares, bacterioses, produtividade do alho e metabólitos das folhas. As vazões de aplicação avaliadas foram 150, 300, 600 e 750 L/ha, em métodos de aplicação unidirecional e bidirecional. Embora todos os tratamentos tenham controlado as plantas daninhas, não houve diferença significativa entre eles. As maiores injúrias foliares ocorreram com a aplicação de 150 L/ha. A análise metabolômica indicou alterações nas vias metabólicas do alho com essa vazão, em ambos os métodos de aplicação. Não houve influência dos tratamentos na incidência de bacterioses, nem na produtividade do alho. Palavras-chave: Allium, herbicidas, aplicação, metabolômica
One of the challenges in garlic cultivation is weed control due to their physiological characteristics, resulting in high populations in the field. This work aimed to evaluate spray volumes and application methods of the herbicide Flumyzin in weed control and investigate its effects on leaf injuries, bacterial diseases, garlic productivity, and leaf metabolites. The application rates evaluated were 150, 300, 600, and 750 L/ha, in unidirectional and bidirectional application methods. Although all treatments controlled the weeds, there was no significant difference between them. The greatest leaf injuries occurred with the application of 150 L/ha. Metabolomic analysis indicated alterations in the metabolic pathways of garlic with this flow rate, in both application methods.
