Abstract
O presente estudo tem como objetivo compreender a abordagem da cultura africana e afro-brasileira nos documentos normativos, principalmente após a sanção da Lei 10.639/2003.Sendo assim, analisa-se as três versões da Base Nacional Comum Curricular (BNCC),com a finalidade de abordar como a temática é discutida no currículo da educação básica. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa, por meio da análise bibliográfica de produções referentes às relações étnico-raciais e curriculares. Logo, evidenciamos avanços e retrocessos que tange ao direito de aprendizagem das culturas negras brasileiras.
This study aims to understand the approach of African and Afro-Brazilian culture in normative documents, especially after the enactment of Law 10.639/2003. Thus, the three versions of the Brazilian National Unified Curriculum for Education (BaseNacional Comum Curricular, also known as BNCC) are analyzed, in order to approach how the theme is discussed in the basic education curriculum. This study is qualitative research, through bibliographic analysis of productions related to ethnic-racial and curricular relations. Therefore, we evidence advances and setbacks regarding the right to learning of black Brazilian cultures.
