Abstract
Este artigo tem como objetivo analisar as estratégias de comunicação nas cooperativas agropecuárias, localizadas no estado de Minas Gerais, no contexto do modelo federado de cooperativas. A pesquisa é qualitativa que contou com o apoio da técnica de entrevista semi-estruturada. Entre os resultados, postula-se que exista nesta articulação diferentes processos de comunicação simultâneos e relacionados que precisam harmonizar interesses, demandas e exigências desses três níveis de instâncias, numa adequada escolha de canais e de mensagens.
This article aims to analyze communication strategies in agricultural cooperatives, located in the state of Minas Gerais, in the context of the federated model of cooperatives. The qualitative research was supported by the semi-structured interview technique. Among the results, it is postulated that there is in this articulation different simultaneous and related communication processes that need to harmonize interests, demands and requirements of these three levels of instances, in an appropriate choice of channels and messages.
