Regime próprio de previdência social: Estudo de caso do Instituto de Previdência Social do Município de Alvinópolis (ALVIPREV/MG)

Abstract

Esta pesquisa apresenta uma análise da sustentabilidade financeira e atuarial do Regime Próprio de Previdência Social dos servidores efetivos do Município de Alvinópolis/MG. Para desenvolver esse estudo de caso, foram utilizadas como fontes de informações pesquisas bibliográficas e documentais. Para coleta e análise dos dados, foram consultados os Demonstrativos do Resultado da Avaliação Atuarial e as Notas Técnicas Atuariais elaboradas por atuário autônomo e exigidas pelo Ministério da Previdência. Os resultados apontam que o Regime apresenta fragilidades, mas tem equilíbrio financeiro, além de buscar o equilíbrio atuarial por meio do Plano de recuperação do déficit existente.This research presents an analysis of the financial and actuarial sustainability of the Social Welfare Regime of the effective employees of the Municipality of Alvinópolis/MG, instituted in 1994, and since then, it has been contributory. In order to develop this case study, bibliographical and documentary research were used as sources of information. For the collection and analysis of the data, the actuarial valuation statements and the actuarial technical notes prepared by an independent actuary and required by the Ministry of Social Security were consulted. The results show that the Regime presents weaknesses, but it has financial equilibrium. In addition, it seeks the actuarial balance through the Plan to recover the existing deficit.
