Qualidade de vida e envelhecimento bem-sucedido nas relações de trabalho a partir de uma análise fílmica

Abstract

O presente artigo teve por objetivo analisar a partir do filme “A Juventude” como os fatores e situações que permeiam o processo de envelhecimento referente ao trabalho e as relações interpessoais dentro do conceito de envelhecimento bem-sucedido e qualidade de vida. Identificou-se mediante a análise fílmica que, os conceitos de qualidade de vida e envelhecimento bem-sucedido, dos personagens principais do filme (Mick e Fred) estiveram diretamente relacionados com categoria trabalho e com as relações interpessoais que ambos vivenciaram no filme. Além disso, concluiu-se que estes conceitos são subjetivos, pois advém do modo que cada personagem interpretou o envelhecimento e também de suas experiências de vida, sendo necessário realizar uma análise particular para cada personagem.This paper aimed to analyze, from the film “A Juventude”, the factors and situations that permeate the aging process related to work and interpersonal relationships within the concept of successful aging and quality of life. It was identified through film analysis that the concepts of quality of life and successful aging of the main characters of the film (Mick and Fred) were directly related to the work category and to the interpersonal relationships that both experienced in the film. In addition, it was concluded that these concepts are subjective, because it comes from the way that each character interpreted aging and also from their life experiences, being necessary to carry out a particular analysis for each character.
