Resumo
O esporte é um fenômeno presente em vários setores da sociedade e que, portanto, se relaciona também com as instituições de ensino. A Lei Federal 9.615 reconhece o esporte em três manifestações: o desporto educacional, o desporto de participação e o desporto de rendimento. Dentre esses, o desporto educacional compreende as práticas nos sistemas de ensino, com a intenção contribuir na formação integral do indivíduo, evitando-se a seletividade e a hipercompetitividade. Uma das ações desenvolvidas no Brasil, considerando-se a prática esportiva educacional, é a competição que envolve equipes escolares. Os Jogos Escolares são eventos consolidados que ocorrem em âmbito nacional desde 1969. Portanto, o objetivo geral desta investigação foi verificar o processo de treinamento de equipes escolares das modalidades coletivas: handebol, futsal, basquetebol e voleibol, participantes dos Jogos Escolares em níveis municipal, estadual e nacional, nas competições de 2011. Os objetivos específicos foram: realizar um levantamento da produção literária sobre o esporte escolar em periódicos nacionais da área da Educação Física e Esportes entre 1990 e 2011; mapear o processo de treinamento das equipes escolares das modalidades de esportes coletivos em níveis municipal, estadual e nacional; e comparar as condições de treinamento dos esportes coletivos entre as escolas públicas e privadas participantes desses Jogos. Os métodos utilizados foram a revisão sistemática, em que a busca de dados foi realizada nos periódicos dos extratos B1, B2, B3 e B4 da CAPES; e a aplicação de questionários a 195 treinadores participantes dos seguintes eventos: Olimpíadas Escolares Brasileiras, Jogos Escolares de Minas Gerais, Jogos Escolares de Belo Horizonte, Jogos Internos de Juiz de Fora e Seletiva de Viçosa. Diante dos textos analisados entre 1990 e 2011, foram selecionados 57 artigos, em que foram avaliadas as propriedades das publicações, a temática, os métodos, as técnicas, as modalidades esportivas, a descrição e a fundamentação teórica dos estudos. Observou-se que a produção científica acerca da relação entre o esporte e ambiente escolar, em geral, carece de melhor aprofundamento teórico e metodológico. Observou-se ainda que para as equipes se classificarem para o nível nacional dos Jogos Escolares, algumas características foram determinantes. O estudo evidenciou que os Jogos relacionaram-se predominantemente com o esporte de rendimento, bem como identificou uma defasagem no conceito de esporte educacional, diante da realidade dos Jogos e das proposições governamentais nos dispositivos das Leis. Foram reveladas ainda algumas diferenças em detrimento das instituições privadas e públicas, nas características que permeiam a condição de treinamento; tanto os recursos humanos, no que diz respeito à capacitação profissional, quanto os materiais e físicos apontaram a superioridade da rede privada.
Sport is a phenomenon present in many sectors of society and, therefore, is also related with educational institutions. The Federal Law 9.615 recognizes the sport in three manifestations: the educational sport, sport participation and sport performance. Among these, the educational sport comprises the practices in educational systems, and aims to achieve the integral formation of the individual, avoiding selectivity and hypercompetitiveness. One of the actions developed in Brazil concerning the educational sport practice the competitions involving school teams. The school games are consolidated events that occur nationwide since 1969. Therefore, the main objective of this study was to investigate the training process of school teams of collective sports: handball, futsal, basketball and volleyball, participants of the School Games at the municipal, state and national level competitions in 2011. The specific objectives were: to conduct a survey of the literature regarding the school sport in national journals in the field of Physical Education and Sports between the years from 1990 to 2011; map the training process of school teams from different collectives sports at the municipal, state and national level; and to compare the training conditions of collective sports among public and private schools participants of these games. The methods employed were the systematic review, in which the data search was performed in the journals of the strata B1, B2, B3 and B4 of Capes and application of questionnaires to 195 coaches participating in the following events: Brazilian Olympic School Games, School Games of Minas Gerais , School Games of Belo Horizonte, Internal Games of Juiz de Fora and Screening Process of Viçosa. From the texts analyzed between 1990 and 2011, 57 articles were selected, in which properties of publications were evaluated; thematic, methods and techniques, sports, description and theoretical background in the studies. What can be observed is that the scientific production regarding the relationship between sport and the school environment, in general, lacks better theoretical and methodological deepening. It was also observed that for teams to qualify for the national level some characteristics were decisive. The study showed that the school games were predominantly related to sport performance and identified a gap in the concept of educational sport facing the reality of the games and the government proposals in the devices of the Laws. It was also revealed some differences to concern the private and public institutions in the characteristics that permeate the training condition. Both human resources, with respect to professional training, as the material and physical resources indicated the superiority of the private network.
