Condomínios horizontais fechados em Viçosa–MG: aproximações a partir da sintaxe espacial

Abstract

O presente trabalho propõe um estudo de conjuntos residenciais horizontais na cidade de Viçosa, Minas Gerais, buscando a verificação de como e quanto a configuração espacial influencia e atua nas estruturas sociais dos usuários e da comunidade intramuros e extramuros. O trabalho pretende considerar aportes teóricos da sintaxe espacial, como a teoria da lógica social do espaço, que imprime valores sociais às estruturas espaciais e valores espaciais às estruturas sociais. Além de estudar também a sintaxe espacial como ferramenta de análise. Este estudo pretende identificar pontos de análise importantes no entendimento espacial dos conjuntos residenciais horizontais; e através da análise de exemplares viçosenses de conjuntos horizontais fechados, busca-se avançar as investigações sobre essas estruturas espaciais.

The present work proposes a study of horizontal residential complexes in the city of Viçosa, Minas Gerais, seeking the verification of how and how much the spatial configuration influences and acts on the social structures of users and the intramural and extramural community. The work intends to consider theoretical contributions of the space syntax, as the theory of the social logic of the space, that impresses social values to the spatial structures and spatial values to the social structures. In addition to studying space syntax as a tool for analysis. This study intends to identify important points of analysis in the spatial understanding of the horizontal residential complexes; and through the analysis of Vicosian specimens of closed horizontal clusters, we intend to advance the investigations on these spatial structures.
