Resumo
O agronegócio brasileiro vem desenvolvendo-se com celeridade nos últimos anos, constituindo grande porcentagem do PIB nacional, e com forte tendência a levar o país a ser a maior despensa agrícola do mundo em 10 anos. Em razão disso, a demanda de mão de obra eficiente nas fazendas está
aumentando. As agrovilas têm sido alternativa para garantir essa eficiência, mantendo os trabalhadores próximos às zonas de produção; entretanto, muitas delas não oferecem condições necessárias para um bom desenvolvimento dos
moradores, o que afeta também a produção. Este trabalho originou-se da necessidade de dar resposta a esse acelerado processo, desde o ponto de vista urbano-arquitetônico, por meio de propostas de casas agrupadas em agrovilas, com soluções construtivas rápidas e de baixo custo. A argamassa
armada é um dos materiais com as características que podem garantir esse tipo de soluções construtivas; a utilização dela na forma de painéis tipo sanduíche pode melhorar suas qualidades térmicas com ajuda de materiais isolantes. Objetivou-se propor uma residência pré-fabricada de argamassa armada como unidade básica de agrovila. Com base em estudos de caso, referidos aos temas principais do trabalho, abordados do geral ao particular; ou seja, desde a agrovila, passando pela residência e terminando com o sistema
construtivo, foram analisadas as características de cada uma e, a partir delas, foram determinados os parâmetros para iniciar o processo de projeto de cada tema. No processo de projeto, foram realizados estudos com diferentes alternativas de cada item, que foram avaliados à luz dos parâmetros
empregados para a elaboração desses. Todo esse processo deu lugar a uma proposta de agrovila, de residência para o trabalhador da agrovila e de um sistema construtivo de argamassa armada para a residência.
Brazilian agribusiness has been developing rapidly in recent years, providing a large percentage of national GDP, and with a strong tendency to lead the country to be the largest pantry agricultural world in ten years. Because of this, the demand for labor efficient farms is increasing. The rural villages have been an alternative to ensure that efficiency by keeping workers close to production areas, but many do not offer the necessary conditions for the optimal development of residents in all respects, also affecting production. In this sense the present work originated from the need to respond to this accelerated process, from the point of view urban-architectural, through proposals for residential, grouped in rural villages, with constructive solutions rapid, low cost. The ferrocement is a material with the characteristics that can guarantee this kind of constructive solutions, and its use as sandwich panels can improve their thermal qualities with the help of insulating materials. The general objective was to propose a residence prefabricated ferrocement as the basic unit of rural village. Based on case studies, referring to the main themes of work, addressed the general to the particular, ie, from the rural village, through the residence and ending with the building system, we analyzed the characteristics of each, and from them were determined the guidelines to start the design process of each subject. In the process of design studies have been performed with different alternatives for each item, which were evaluated in light of the guidelines used in their preparation. Finally this process resulted in a proposed of rural village, of residence to the employee of the rural village and a ferrocement building system for the residence.
