Influência da percentagem de área molhada no desenvolvimento da cultura da bananeira irrigada por microaspersão

Abstract

O presente trabalho foi desenvolvido no Lote 29M, Gleba C2 do Projeto Jaíba, no norte de Minas Gerais, tendo como objetivo a avaliação da influência da percentagem de área molhada no desenvolvimento da cultura da bananeira irrigada por microapersão, durante o período vegetativo. Foi utilizado o cultivar Prata Anã, cujo manejo e condução foi realizado com uma família (mãe, filha e neta) por cova. As mudas utilizadas foram provenientes de micropropagação in vitro e plantadas no sistema de espaçamento em fileiras duplas, espaçadas de 4x3x2 m. O sistema de irrigação utilizado foi o de microaspersão, na proporção de um microaspersor para cada quatro plantas. O manejo da irrigação foi realizado através do software SISDA 3.5 executivo, com base nos dados meteorológicos da região em estudo. O delineamento experimental foi em blocos casualizados, contendo 6 tratamentos e 5 repetições. Os tratamentos T1, T2, T3 e T4, constituíram-se, respectivamente, de 25, 45, 68 e 100% de área molhada, sendo os mesmos manejados com coeficiente de localização (Kl) proposto por KELLER (1978). Já os tratamentos T5 e T6, foram implantados com 68% de área molhada e manejados com Kl proposto por FERERES (1981), porém no tratamento T6 a lâmina de água aplicada foi majorada em 25%. As avaliações das características vegetativas da bananeira foram realizadas nas seguintes datas: 25/05/01 (pré-plantio), 11/07/01 (aplicação dos tratamentos), 10/08/01, 12/09/01, 10/10/01, 08/11/01 e 14/12/01, totalizando sete avaliações. Da primeira à sexta avaliaram-se: o número de folhas funcionais, a altura da planta, o comprimento e a largura da última folha emitida e o perímetro do pseudocaule. Todas estas avaliações foram concentradas na "planta-mãe". Na última avaliação, mediu-se, também, a altura e o perímetro do pseudocaule da "planta-filha". Em todas as características vegetativas avaliadas houve diferença significativa pelo teste F ao nível de 5% de probabilidade a partir da terceira avaliação. A partir da quarta avaliação os tratamentos T4 (Pw 100% - Keller) e T6 (Pw 68% - Fereres x 1,25) destacaram- se em relação aos demais. A superioridade dos tratamentos T4 e T6 em relação aos demais foi mantida quando avaliou-se a altura e o perímetro do pseudocaule das "plantas-filhas".

This study was carried out in the Lot 29M, Site C2 of the Jaíba Project on northern Minas Gerais, aiming to evaluate the influence of the wetted area percentage on the development of the banana plant crop irrigated by microsprinkler over the vegetative period. The ‘Prata Anã’ cv. was used, and its management and conduction was accomplished with one family (mother, daughter and granddaughter) per planting hole. The seedlings proceeded from the in vitro micropropagation and were planted in double-row system with a spacing of 4x3x2 m. The microsprinkler system was used at a proportion of one microsprinkler for each four plants. The irrigation was managed through the software SISDA 3.5 executive, based on the meteorological data of the area under study. The randomized block experimental design was used with 6 treatments and 5 replicates. The treatments T1, T2, T3 and T4 consisted of 25, 45, 68 and 100% of wetted area, respectively, and were managed with location coefficient (Kl) proposed by Keller, in 1978. The treatments T5 and T6 were implanted with 68% wetted area and managed with the Kl proposed by Fereres, in 1981, although in treatment T6 the applied water depth was given an increase of 25%. The vegetative characteristics of the banana plant were evaluated at the following dates: 25/05/01 (pre-planting), 11/07/01 (treatment applications), 10/08/01, 12/09/01, 10/10/01, 08/11/01 and 14/12/01, so totalizing seven evaluations. From the first evaluation to the sixth one, the following characteristics were considered: functional leaf numbers; plant height; length and width of the last emitted leaf; and the perimeter of the pseudo-stem. These evaluations were all concentrated in the " mother-plant ". At the last evaluation, the height and perimeter of the "daughter-plant" were also measured. In all appraised vegetative characteristics a significant difference was found by the F test at 5% probability level, from the third evaluation on. From the fourth evaluation on, the treatments T4 (Pw 100% - Keller) and T6 (Pw 68% - Fereres x 1.25) were distinguished in relation to the other ones. The superiority of the treatments T4 and T6 in relation to the other ones were maintained, when the height and perimeter of the “daughter-plants” pseudo- stems were evaluated.
