Arranjos mono(bi)parentais e sua estrutura orçamentária

Abstract

Este trabalho tem como objetivo explorar a situação econômica dos domicílios monoparentais comparativamente aos domicílios biparentais, considerando-se a possibilidade de ambos se arranjarem com e sem extensão familiar. Através da Pesquisa Nacional de Amostras por Domicílio (PNAD) e da Pesquisa de Orçamentos Familiares (POF), delimita-se os tipos de arranjos domiciliares e verifica-se como as subclassificações desses arranjos associam-se à perspectiva orçamentária, utilizando-se os métodos Mínimos Quadrados Ordinários (MQO) e Seemingly Unrelated Regressions (SUR). Assim, identificando-se o perfil dos diferentes arranjos mensurados pela renda e dispêndio, estimula-se a discussão da necessidade do planejamento de políticas públicas que tem como eixo as famílias, assegurando-lhes a melhoria do bem-estar e da qualidade de vida dos indivíduos.

This study aims to explore the economic situation of single-parent households compared to two-parent households, considering the possibility of both are reacquainted with and without extended family. Through the National Research by Household Samples (PNAD) and the Household Budget Survey (POF), is delimited types of living arrangements and it appears as sub-classifications of these arrangements are associated with budgetary perspective, using methods Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) and Seemingly Unrelated Regressions (SUR). Thus, identifying the profile of the different arrangements measured by income and expenditure, stimulates the discussion of the need for planning public policies whose axis families, assuring them the greater well-being and quality of life individuals.
