Abstract
O objetivo deste trabalho é analisar, por meio de uma bordagem
qualitativa, a inclusão de crianças com deficiência auditiva numa escola pública,para compreender os aspectos positivos e
negativos desse tipo de inclusão. Os dados foram coletados com questionários específicos para estudantes surdos, seus pais e
professores. Também se observou o convívio escolar no recreio, nas aulas diárias, na resolução de provas e de exercícios em
sala de aula. A análise aponta que a inclusão ainda não está acontecendo de fato e que diversos fatores dificultam o aprendizado e a interação com os professores e colegas de
classe, apesar de a socialização se mostrar positiva em alguns aspectos.
The aim of this work is to analyze, through a qualitative approach, the inclusion of children with hearing impairment in a public school in order to comprehend the positive and negative aspects of this kind of inclusion. The data were obtained with specific questionnaires for deaf students, their parents and teachers. It was also observed the school life during playtime, daily classes, tests resolutions and exercises in the classroom. The analysis points that the inclusion is not still happening in fact and that several factors make difficult the learning and the interaction with teachers and classmates, despite the socialization being positive under some aspects.
