Ensino de imunologia pela incorporação do conhecimento pelo teatro e a música

Abstract

Os conhecimentos de Imunologia são importantes para a prevenção e terapêutica de várias doenças. O objetivo do estudo foi apresentar uma metodologia para o ensino de Imunologia e avaliar sua eficácia quanto à aquisição do conhecimento pelos participantes de um evento. Para avaliar o conhecimento pregresso dos convidados bem como o aproveitamento da peça teatral e da música cantada, cada participante preencheu um questionário, contendo 10 perguntas, antes e depois da apresentação. Os dados foram avaliados pelo teste T pareado a 5%. Em ambos os gêneros houve incorporação do conhecimento após a atividade lúdica, pois as notas depois do evento foram maiores estatisticamente. Os convidados se mantiveram atentos e elogiaram verbalmente o evento. O conhecimento apresentado pela maioria dos participantes foi considerado baixo e regular antes do evento, e após a realização das atividades lúdicas passaram a apresentar notas que categorizou o conhecimento como regular e alto. Concluiu-se que a metodologia adotada colaborou para a aquisição do conhecimento, e que tal fato poderá contribuir com a formação cultural e social dos participantes

The Immunology knowledge is important to therapeutic prevention of several diseases. The aim of this study was present a teaching methodology of Immunology and verify its efficacy as the knowledge acquisition by the participants of an event. To assess the progress of knowledge by the participants as well the use of the play and sung music, each participant fill a questionnaire, containing ten questions, before and after the presentation. The results were evaluated by paired T test at 5%. In both types there was knowledge incorporation after the play activity because the notes after the event were statistically higher. The participants remained attentive and praised the event. The knowledge showed by most of participants was considered lower and regular before the event and after the ludic activities they showed higher grades which categorized knowledge as regular and high. It was concluded that the methodology used contributed with knowledge acquisition and could contribute with the cultural and social education of the participants.
