Projeto escorrega no sabão: uma alternativa ambiental no contexto de educação física escolar: relato de experiência

Abstract
O presente trabalho visa relatar a experiência aplicada com a introdução do Projeto Escorrega no Sabão na Escola Estadual Maria Augusta Silva Araújo, da cidade de Muriaé-MG, especificamente desenvolvido com os alunos do 9° ano do Ensino Fundamental, durante o primeiro semestre de 2011. O objetivo foi ampliar os conhecimentos dos alunos sobre a importância da preservação do meio ambiente, buscando explorar diferentes temáticas no contexto da Educação Ambiental. A Educação Ambiental é um componente essencial, integral e permanente da educação, devendo estar presente, de forma articulada, em todos os níveis e modalidades do processo educativo, como também ser abordada por todas as disciplinas, inclusive a Educação Física. Esse processo de ensino e aprendizagem deve considerar os alunos em todas as suas dimensões. Neste trabalho sobre a questão ambiental, a Educação Física Escolar abordou de forma didática e interdisciplinar o tema reciclagem, tendo ainda, como referencial para as aulas teóricas e práticas, especificamente a apresentação e contextualização da reciclagem do óleo de cozinha, a utilização da sucata na construção de brinquedos para os jogos e brincadeiras e os esportes de aventura na natureza. Partiu-se inicialmente da exploração do tema a partir de vídeos educativos retirados da internet sobre a reciclagem do óleo de cozinha para fazer sabão, com posterior discussão e debates com os alunos, além da visualização de alguns brinquedos feitos com sucatas e, finalmente, um mural e um pôster explicativo de vários esportes que podem ser praticados na natureza.
The aim of this study is to report the experience applied with the introduction of the project “Escorrega no Sabão” at Maria Augusta Silva Araujo State School, in Muriaé, city in the state of Minas Gerais, and specifically developed for the 9th grade students of the elementary school, during the first half of 2011. The objective was to expand the students ‘ knowledge and awareness of the importance of preserving the environment, seeking to explore different themes in the context of environmental education. Environmental Education is an essential, integral and permanent educational component and should be present at all levels and modalities of the educational process. Still, it should also be discussed in all disciplines , including Physical Education. This process of t eaching and learning should consider students in all its dimensions. In this study about the environmental issue, the Physical Education classes used a didactic and interdisciplinary approach to bdiscuss the recycling theme, as a reference for the theoretical and practical classes, specifically the presentation and contextualization of recycling of cooking, use of junk to build toys for fun and games and outdoor extreme sports. Initially, the theme was explored using educational videos from the internet about recycling cooking oil to make soap, with subsequent discussion and debates with students, in addition to the display of some toys made with scraps and, finally, a mural and an explanatory poster of various sports that can be practiced in nature.
