Abstract
A Escola Nacional de Energia Popular (ENEP) é um espaço de formação popular e produção de pesquisa conduzido por movimentos sociais, que desenvolve, por meio de práticas pedagógicas da Educação Popular e do trabalho como princípio educativo, experiências de formação em Agroecologia, Terapias Naturais, Dança Afro, Realidade Brasileira, Teologia Popular, dentre outros temas que surgem das demandas concretas do povo. Desde 2015, data de sua fundação, a ENEP tem como propósito se tornar Universidade Popular, a fim de acolher as classes populares excluídas das universidades públicas formais e, ao mesmo tempo, ampliar a formação de profissionais críticas/os, conscientes e comprometidas/os com a transformação estrutural da sociedade. Diante deste propósito, o presente trabalho buscou analisar coletivamente os processos formativos desenvolvidos pela ENEP, reconhecendo os conteúdos programáticos e métodos centrais para compor e materializar o Programa de Formação da Universidade Popular. Quanto à metodologia, trata-se de pesquisa qualitativa colaborativa, realizada com o protagonismo dos movimentos sociais. Em relação aos métodos de coleta e produção dos dados, foram realizados Círculos Epistemológicos, entrevistas semiestruturadas com membros das organizações populares que coordenam a ENEP e Rodas de Conversa. Para a análise dos dados, utilizou-se como metodologia a análise de conteúdo de Bardin (2011), que envolveu a categorização, a interpretação e a sistematização das informações levantadas. A partir da análise dos resultados, verificou-se a construção coletiva de um programa de formação crítica, integral e humanista, voltado aos interesses das classes populares. No que se refere aos temas do programa, destacam-se os conteúdos (técnicos, políticos e culturais) associados a concepção socialista da sociedade, que visam preparar o povo para o exercício do poder. Quanto aos métodos, destacam-se o diálogo horizontal entre educadoras/es e educandas/os, a problematização da realidade para a emancipação de consciência dos sujeitos e a ação prática na interação permanente entre os conhecimentos populares, os científicos e os saberes nascidos nas lutas sociais. Com relação à intencionalidade de formação da Universidade Popular, verificou-se que o espaço visa qualificar (tecnicamente e politicamente) as classes populares e mobilizá-las por conquistas concretas, tendo como horizonte a construção de uma ordem social justa e igualitária. Para tanto, o caminho vislumbrado pelos sujeitos da ENEP é lançar-se na realidade material do povo e aprender com ele. É sistematizar, com o povo, os conteúdos e métodos populares que emergem das suas vivências e ajudá-lo a colocá-los em prática na resolução dos seus problemas e na construção do Sujeito Coletivo. Como Produto Educacional, foi estruturado coletivamente, a partir dos dados sistematizados na pesquisa, o Projeto Político- Pedagógico da Universidade Popular. O documento apresenta os conteúdos, métodos, saberes e fazeres da ENEP vinculados à Educação Popular, que poderão auxiliar educadoras/es comprometidas/os com a emancipação de consciência das classes populares. The National School of Popular Energy (ENEP) is a space for popular training and research production led by social movements, which develops, through pedagogical practices of Popular Education and work as an educational principle, training experiences in Agroecology, Natural Therapies , Afro Dance, Brazilian Reality, Popular Theology, among other themes that arise from the concrete demands of the people. Since 2015, the date of its foundation, ENEP has aimed to become a Popular University, in order to welcome the popular classes excluded from formal public universities and, at the same time, expand the training of critical, conscious and committed professionals. with the structural transformation of society. Given this purpose, the present work sought to collectively analyze the training processes developed by ENEP, recognizing the programmatic contents and central methods to compose and materialize the Popular University Training Program. As for the methodology, it is collaborative qualitative research, carried out with the leading role of social movements. Regarding data collection and production methods, Epistemological Circles, semi-structured interviews were carried out with members of the popular organizations that coordinate ENEP and Conversation Circles. For data analysis, Bardin's content analysis (2011) was used as a methodology, which involved the categorization, interpretation and systematization of the information collected. From the analysis of the results, the collective construction of a critical, integral and humanist training program, focused on the interests of the popular classes, was verified. Regarding the themes of the program, the contents (technical, political and cultural) associated with the socialist conception of society stand out, which aim to prepare the people for the exercise of power. Regarding methods, the horizontal dialogue between educators and students stands out, the problematization of reality for the emancipation of subjects' consciousness and practical action in the permanent interaction between popular knowledge, scientific knowledge and knowledge born in struggles social. Regarding the intentionality of forming the Popular University, it was found that the space aims to qualify (technically and politically) the popular classes and mobilize them for concrete achievements, with the construction of a fair and egalitarian social order as its horizon. To this end, the path envisioned by ENEP subjects is to immerse themselves in the material reality of the people and learn from them. It is to systematize, with the people, the popular contents and methods that emerge from their experiences and help them put them into practice in solving their problems and in the construction of the Collective Subject. As an Educational Product, the Political-Pedagogical Project of the Popular University was collectively structured, based on the data systematized in the research. The document presents the contents, methods, knowledge and actions of ENEP linked to Popular Education, which can help educators committed to the emancipation of consciousness of the popular classes.
