Educação ambiental: um olhar sobre a teoria e a prática

Abstract

O presente artigo faz uma abordagem sobre a Educação Ambiental, considerando a atual situação ambiental mundial. Tem como objetivo discutir aspectos teóricos e práticos referentes ao modo como a Educação Ambiental vem sendo trabalhada e, a partir disso, apontar propostas que favoreçam sua inclusão de forma mais ativa na educação formal e informal. São apresentadas algumas propostas com bases em experiências próprias que podem favorecer o alcance do objetivo proposto e contribuir para a formação de um mundo mais justo e sustentável.The present article makes an approach about the Environmental Education, considering the current world environmental situation. It has as objective to discuss theoretical and practical aspects regarding the way Environmental Education has been worked and, after that, point out some proposals that favor its inclusion in a more active way in the formal and informal education. Some proposals are introduced base don my own experiences that can favor the reach of the proposed objective and contribute for the formation of a fairer and sustainable world.
