"Tchau, Pfizer!": uma análise discursiva de charges publicadas durante a Comissão Parlamentar de Inquérito da Covid-19

Abstract
A disseminação de Covid-19 culminou em uma pandemia que acometeu o mundo nos aspectos sanitários, econômicos e sociopolíticos. No Brasil, a má gestão governamental, atrelada à negação de fatos científicos, dificultou a superação da doença e das crises. Em resposta às ações do governo, o congresso brasileiro se mobiliza constituindo uma CPI da pandemia. Nesse contexto, a mídia cumpre o seu papel de informar o povo por meio de diversos gêneros, entre eles a charge. Quanto ao corpus, tem-se que as charges analisadas foram divulgadas na versão digital da Folha de São Paulo em maio de 2021. O embasamento teórico parte da Teoria Semiolinguística de Patrick Charaudeau, das propostas de Vale (2013) sobre o Discurso Humorístico e das considerações de Joly (2007) sobre o estrato imagético. Os resultados indicam para a perspectiva crítica das charges oportunizada pelo tom humorístico e sarcástico, com a relação entre elementos verbais e não verbais.
The Covid-19 dissemination culminated in a pandemic that affected society in the sanitary, economical and sociopolitical aspects. In Brazil, the mismanagement, connected with the scientific facts’ rejection hampered the disease and crises overcoming. In response to these actions, the Brazilian Congress mobilizes the creation of the pandemic PCI. N this context, the media fulfils its information dissemination role throughout genres, including the cartoons. In terms of corpus, the analyzed cartoons were published in the digital version of Folha de São Paulo, during May, 2021. The Theoretical Frame is based on the Semiolinguistic Theory by Patrick Charaudeau, the propositions about the Humorous Discourse by Vale (2013) (VALE, 2013) and the considerations about the imaging stratum by Joly (2007). The results indicate the critical perspective in the cartoons enabled by the humorous and sarcastic tones, with the relation between verbal and nonverbal elements.
