Utilização de ácido indolbutírico no enraizamento de estacas de soja

Resumo
Objetivando avaliar a propagação vegetativa das variedades de soja TAC-8' e 'Garirnpo', por meio de estacas retiradas das partes mediana e apical da planta, submetidas às doses O, 10, 100, 1.000 ppm de ácido indolbutírico e de 15% de sacarose, foi conduzido experimento em casa de vegetação na Universidade Federal de Viçosa. Observou-se que o enraizamento de estacas mediana e apical foi possível, mesmo sem tratamentos adicionais. Doses crescentes de ácido indolbutírico proporcionaram raízes na região proximal com menor comprimento. Estacas medianas da planta da variedade 'IAC-8' acumularam mais matéria seca de raízes, de folha e total.
Aiming to evaluate vegetative propagation of soybean (Glycine max (L.) Merrill) cultivars 'IAC-8' and 'Garimpo' by means of median and apical cuttings submitted to 0, 10, 100, 1.000 ppm of indolbutiric acid or 15% of saccharose, this experiment was conducted in a greenhouse at the Federal University of Viçosa. It was observed that the median and apical cutting rootings were possible without any additional treatments and that increasing quantities of indollmtiric acid caused smaller basal roots. Median IAC -8 cultivar cuttings accumulated more dry matter in roots, leaves and total.
