A organização da fala-em-interação na telenovela Brasileira: Um estudo da fala cotidiana na telenovela O Astro

Abstract

O presente trabalho é um estudo da organização da tomada de turnos da fala-em-interação de uma telenovela brasileira. Nosso objetivo é descrever, em comparação com a conversa cotidiana espontânea, tal sistemática, observando os componentes, as regras e as principais características desse tipo de fala-em-interação; para tal, utilizamos os pressupostos teórico-metodológicos fornecidos pela Análise da Conversa Etnometodológica (AC). Para a realização deste trabalho, selecionamos uma cena da telenovela O Astro, exibida pela Rede Globo no horário das 23 horas, no período de 12 de julho a 28 de outubro de 2011. Através da seleção da cena, realizamos a transcrição, conforme as convenções disponibilizadas pela AC. Após a transcrição, descrevemos a organização da tomada de turnos seguindo os pressupostos utilizados. Os resultados mostram que, na conversa cotidiana da telenovela, a negociação da organização da tomada de turnos é pré-determinada pelo roteiro que os atores, diretores, técnicos etc. devem seguir para que o produto seja exibido nos aparelhos de televisão dos telespectadores. Essa pré-determinação faz com que as principais características da conversa cotidiana não ocorram durante a fala-em-interação da telenovela, mesmo que ela tente fazer uma simulação de tais características.The present work is a study of the turn-taking organization of talk-in-interaction in a Brazilian soap opera. Our goal is to describe, in comparison with spontaneous daily talk, such systematics, observing the components, the rules, and the main characteristics of this type of talk-in-interaction, within the theoretical and methodological framework of Conversation Analysis (CA). For this study, we selected a scene from the soap opera O Astro, aired on Globo TV, at 11 p.m., from July 12 to October 28, 2011. The scene was transcribed according to the conventions of CA. After transcription, we described the turn- taking organization following our framework. The results showed that, in the representation of daily talk in the soap opera, the negotiation in turn-taking organization is predetermined by the script which actors, directors, technicians, etc., must follow in order to have the product being displayed on television screens. This pre-determination do not allow the main features of a daily talk to occur (at least in terms of denial) during a situation of talk-in-interaction in the soap opera, even if they try to fake the features.
