Tem história de mulher na cidade (memórias da margem ao centro): inventário cultural, feminismo, decolonialidade e o papel central das mulheres da periferia na produção das cidades

Abstract

Esta pesquisa propõe discutir os papéis centrais, singulares e determinantes das mulheres da periferia na produção das cidades, considerando conceitos e percursos metodológicos que têm constituído a base do pensamento contra-hegemônico. Parte-se de questões primeiras que reconhecem as cidades como território de forças, não-neutro, cuja história tradicional e hegemônica invisibilizou a participação feminina e negligenciou suas demandas na produção das cidades. Para tanto, propõe-se a execução do projeto Inventário Cultural das Mulheres do Vale Verde, tendo o bairro Vale Verde - um território periférico -, localizado na cidade de Juiz de Fora-MG, como campo de trabalho. As inquetações levantadas pelo movimento feminista-decolonial somam-se ao método do Inventário Participativo para investigar, de forma coletiva e colaborativa, referências culturais que representam valor e sentido de afeto para as mulheres participantes do projeto. Através da autoria e da oralidade feminina, foi possível não somente mapear importantes lugares e festividades, mas, sobretudo, propor novas categorias feministas-decoloniais e enfatizar, a partir das narrativas das mulheres, nuances importantes do empenho e do trabalho feminino relacionados às referências culturais inventariadas. Palavras-chave: feminismo-decolonial; inventário participativo; planejamento urbanoThe central aim of this research is to examine the direct, unique and foundational impact made by women from the city’s periphery on its urban production, considering concepts and methodological approaches centered in counter-hegemonic thought. It begins with determining questions, recognizing cities as territories of forces and non- neutral spaces where traditional hegemonic history has rendered women's participation invisible and neglected their demands in urban development. The project, titled “Cultural Inventory of the Women of Vale Verde,” is proposed within the peripheral area of Juiz de Fora, MG, known as the Vale Verde neighborhood. It is there that the concerns raised by the decolonial feminist movement are combined with the Participatory Inventory method to collectively and collaboratively investigate cultural references that hold value and emotional significance for the women participating in the project. Through female authorship and oral narratives, it was possible to map significant places, document influential festivities occurring amongst the people of the area and, above all, propose modern, decolonial feminist categories and emphasize the significant nuances of female endeavors and labor related to the inventoried cultural references.
