The new cultivar Oeiras - MG 6851 is a result of research carried out by the Coffee Breeding Program of Empresa de Pesquisa Agropecuária de Minas Gerais and Universidade Federal de Viçosa. This cultivar has a high production potential, leaf mst
resistance, and short stature. It is recommended to the main coffee regions of Minas Gerais, and it can be used in high tree density.
