Justiça social e gênero, tópicos de uma libertação feminina

Abstract

Com o expansão das possibilidades de participação democrática no Brasil, vários atores políticos vêm deba- tendo formas de viabilizar a inclusão de sujeitos historicamente marginalizados. O presente trabalho é construído com essa preocupação, com a tese de partida de que a mulher é o ente mais desprivilegiado de todo o processo. Em tais termos expostos, defende-se que o progresso qualitativo da democracia passa pela incorporação da mulher como um foro privilegiado da ação Estatal. Para corroborar tal perspectiva, promoveu-se criteriosa revisão bibliográfica, articulando argumentos de campos diversos das ciências humanas e sociais com o fim último de mostrar a relevância da con- dição feminina nos mapas da exclusão.With the expansion of the possibilities of democratic participation in Brazil several political actors have been discussing ways to enable the inclusion of historically marginalized subjects. This work is based on this concern, with the starting thesis that the woman is the most underprivileged one in the process. In such exposed terms, it is argued that the qualitative progress of democracy involves the incorporation of women as a privileged forum for State action. In order to corroborate this perspective, through literature review and articulating arguments from various fields of the humanities and social sciences with the ultimate aim of demonstrating the relevance of the female condition in the maps of exclusion.
