Quando o lar não é seguro: violência doméstica, dependência química e transmissão psíquica

Abstract

A presente dissertação trata de uma pesquisa acerca da violência doméstica, dependência química e transmissão psíquica. O contexto do estudo é relativo às situações que envolvem a violência doméstica, tendo a dependência química em conjunto, versando sobre os reflexos e impacto da violência doméstica e dependência química. Os objetivos foram definidos no sentido de compreender como se dá a organização da dinâmica familiar e do lugar que as mulheres ocupam nessas relações. Em específico foram: realizar um levantamento de dados acerca da produção científica brasileira sobre violência, dependência química e mulheres, a fim de verificar as possíveis lacunas que a literatura possui nesse tema; descrever o perfil sociodemográfico das mulheres que frequentaram a Comunidade Terapêutica “Divina Providência”; compreender como ocorre a relação entre a dependência química e violência doméstica vivenciada por mulheres pobres; identificar qual a imagem percebida por essas mulheres de sua relação com a família e seus pares, diante da dependência da droga. Trata-se de uma pesquisa quali-quantitativa, de natureza descritiva, desenvolvida por meio de revisão de literatura e estudo de caso. Nas técnicas de pesquisa utilizadas foram previstas a utilização de ferramentas de pesquisa quantitativa para levantamento de dados e delineamento da pesquisa, e qualitativa para compreensão do fenômeno ou processo social estudado, a saber, levantamento bibliográfico, pesquisa documental, história oral e grupo focal. A coleta de dados de abordagem qualitativa se deu entre os meses de novembro de 2021 e janeiro de 2022. Os sujeitos da pesquisa foram mulheres que estiveram acolhidas entre os anos de 2015 a 2018. A presente dissertação está estruturada em quatro capítulos. O primeiro capítulo trata da pesquisa de Revisão Integrativa de Literatura, onde se utilizou um recorte espacial de produções em nível nacional e temporal de 2010 a 2020, que verificou as lacunas existentes na literatura e a possibilidade de estudo. O segundo capítulo trata da pesquisa documental referente ao formulário preenchido à chegada a comunidade, e buscou identificar a situação das mulheres acolhidas, utilizando procedimentos metodológicos da pesquisa documental. O terceiro capítulo buscou identificar possíveis relações envolvendo violência doméstica e dependência química, e foi utilizado um roteiro norteador para a história oral; os resultados obtidos ajudaram a nortear o quarto capítulo. Esse capítulo analisou como essas mulheres e seus familiares a viam pela dependência química e possível violência sofrida. Para esse contexto foi utilizado o referencial da transmissão psíquica aos participantes do grupo focal, onde foram utilizadas imagens e palavras. Conclui-se que as mulheres desta pesquisa se utilizam de álcool e drogas para suportar processos violentos a que foram submetidas primeiramente em sua família e posteriormente com seus companheiros, evidenciando assim o processo da transmissão psíquica entre as gerações. As limitações do estudo foram referentes à quantidade limitada de mulheres da pesquisa, não permitindo generalizações, entretanto contribuiu para deixar evidente a força da transmissão psíquica. This dissertation is a research on domestic violence, chemical dependence and psychic transmission. The context of the study is related to situations involving domestic violence and chemical dependence. This research also analyses the reflexes and impact of domestic violence associated with chemical dependence. The objectives were defined in order to understand how the organization of family dynamics work, the place that women occupy in these relationships and the influence of these relationships dependent on illicit substances. In order to achieve the goals of this study, the following procedures were taken: conduct a survey of data on the Brazilian scientific literature on violence, chemical dependence and poor women, so as to verify the possible gaps that this literature has concerning this theme such as describing the sociodemographic profile of women who attended the “Divine Providence” Therapeutic Community; understanding how the relationship between chemical dependence and domestic violence experienced by poor women occurs; identifying the concept by these women of their relationship with the family and their peers and their drug addiction as well. This is a qualitative-quantitative research of descriptive nature, developed through literature review and case study. Different techniques were used to conduct this study such as quantitative research tools to collect data and design of the research, and qualitative to understand the phenomenon or social process studied, which is, bibliographic survey, documentary research, oral history and focus group. Data were collected from a qualitative approach between November 2021 and January 2022. The research subjects were women who were welcomed in the therapeutic community “Divine Providence”; between the years 2015 to 2018. This dissertation is structured in four chapters, in order to meet the general and specific objectives of the research. The first chapter is about the integrative literature review research, which used a spatial cut of productions at the national and temporal level from 2010 to 2020, which verified the gaps in the literature and the possibility of study among the gaps. The second chapter is about the documentary research regarding their arrival at the community, which sought to identify the situation of the women welcomed, as well as to verify if they reported any type of violence when they arrived at home. The methodological procedures of the documentary research were used, as well as the signed consent form for data use (TCDU). The third chapter sought to identify possible relationships involving domestic violence and chemical dependence, and a guide script for oral history was used; the results obtained helped guide the fourth chapter. The fourth chapter is about how these women saw themselves and how families saw these women who are chemically dependent and suffered violence at some point in their lives. Within this context, the reference of psychic transmission between women and Family members participating in the focus group was used. Images and words were used for the focal group procedures. It is concluded that the women in this research used alcohol and drugs to handle the violent processes to which they were submitted first, in their family, and then with their partners, thus evidencing the process of pathological psychic transmission between generations. The limitations of the study were related to the limited number of women in the study, not allowing generalizations, although it contributed to make evident the strength of psychic transmission.
