Análise da ocorrência de incêndios em vegetação da área urbana de Juiz de Fora, MG

Abstract

O objetivo geral deste estudo foi a análise da influência dos fatores meteorológicos e topográficos sobre as ocorrências de incêndios em vegetação na área urbana do município de Juiz de Fora MG, entre 1995 e 2004. De acordo com os resultados, determinou-se a estação normal do fogo como o período entre os meses de Junho à Outubro, onde a maior parte dos incêndios ocorreram entre os horários de 12:00 e 16:00. O elemento mais correlacionado com a quantidade de ocorrências de incêndios diários foi a Umidade Relativa do ar, enquanto que o elemento mais correlacionado com a quantidade de ocorrências mensais foi a Insolação. O Índice acumulativo EVAP/P foi o mais eficiente durante o ano todo de acordo com o Skill score. A exposição das vertentes ao Sol mostrou influência também sobre a quantidade de incêndios, onde quanto maior o ganho energético, maior o número de ocorrências. As áreas de maior movimentação veicular e de pedestres com vegetação herbácea de conservação particular foram as que apresentaram maior número de ocorrências. O horário das leituras dos dados mostrou uma maior eficácia quando realizadas às 15:00 horas, o que facilita seu uso, visto que em grande parte do território nacional as leituras são feitas em horário padrão às 09:00, 15:00 e 21:00 TMG.

The general objective of this study it was the analysis of the influence of the meteorological and topographical factors on the occurrences of fires in vegetation in the urban area of the municipal district of Juiz de Fora - MG, between 1995 and 2004. In agreement with the results, it was determined the normal station of the fire as the period among the months of June to October, where most of the fires happened among the schedules of 12:00 and 16:00. The element more correlated with the amount of occurrences of daily fires was the Relative Humidity of the air, while the element more correlated with the amount of monthly occurrences was the Heatstroke. The accumulative Index EVAP/P was the most efficient during the whole year in agreement with the Skill score. The exhibition of the slopes in the sun showed influence also about the amount of fires, where as larger the earnings energy, larger the number of occurrences. In the areas of larger transport and pedestrian's movement with herbaceous vegetation of private conservation were presented larger number of occurrences. The schedule of the readings of the data showed a larger effectiveness when accomplished at the 15:00 hours, what facilitates his use, because in a large part of the national territory the readings are made in standard schedule to the 09:00, 15:00 and 21:00 TMG.
