Several methods to esteem genetic variation and of population structure they were already developed, with varied applications to the individual levels, intrapopulational and interpopulational. In these studies the responsible factors should be considered by the structuring of the genetic variation at the population level, which they are the genetic drift, the genic flow , the mutation and the selection. The objective of this work was, through simulation, to discuss the effectiveness of the biometrics methodologies GST of NEI (1973), FST of Wright (1951) and ANOVA of genic frequency , in detecting differentiation among populations generated under inbreeding and divergent selection. For this they were simulate, in the case of the inbreeding, 6 derived populations of autofecundation successive starting from 3 populations base. In the case of the divergent selection , 20 populations were generated, being 10 resultants of the selection in favor of an allele A and 10 of the selection in against the specified allele, starting from a population base. After the obtaining of all the differentiation estimates among the populations based on the biometrics statistics tested it is ended that, for all the loci, in the case of the inbreeding, significant differentiation was not observed among the populations as it was used statistics GST, FST, and ANOVA. For the case of the divergent selection high differentiation interpopulational was observed for all the loci, with the use of statistics GST, FST, and ANOVA. |
