Níveis de proteína bruta da ração para marrãs em gestação

Abstract

Foram utilizadas 50 marrãs mestiças com média de peso de 136,34 ±16,05 kg e idade média de 220 dias, em experimento para avaliar o efeito dos níveis de proteína bruta (10,0; 11,5; 13,0; 14,5 e 16,0%) da ração durante a gestação, sobre o desempenho da fêmea e da leitegada. O experimento foi realizado no Setor de Suinocultura do Departamento de Zootecnia da Universidade Federal de Viçosa, em Viçosa, MG. Durante a gestação foi observado efeito do nível de proteína bruta sobre o ganho de peso da porca e peso do leitão ao nascer, que aumentaram linearmente. Não houve efeito do nível de proteína sobre o número de leitões nascidos, mas houve efeito linear crescente sobre o ganho diário sobre o ganho diário de peso do leitão durante a lactação. O consumo de ração pela porca na lactação e o número de leitões desmamados foram influenciados de forma quadrática pelos níveis de proteína da ração de gestação. A perda de peso relativo da fêmea na lactação, foi influenciada linearmente (efeito negativo) pelo nível de proteína bruta na ração de gestação. O nível de proteína não influenciou o intervalo desmamacio , mas a estimativa da melhor utilização de energia pela porca lactante foi influenciado quadraticamente. Concluiu-se que o nível de proteína bruta que melhor atendeu as exigências protéicas para marrãs no período gestacional foi 13,31%, associado a um consumo de 240 g/dia de proteína bruta.

Fifty crossbred gilts, were used with average of weight of 136,34 kg and average age of 220 days, in experiment to evaluate the effect of the levels of crude protein (10; 11,5; 13; 14,5 and 16%) during the gestation, on the development of the female and of the litter. The experiment was conducted out in the swine production sector, of the Department of Zootecnia, in the Universidade Federal de Viçosa, MG. During the gestation effect of the level of crude protein was observed on the earnings of weight of the nut and weight of the pig when being born, that increased linearly. There was not effect of the protein level on the number of born pigs, but there was lineal effect on the earnings diary of weight of the pig during the nursing. The ration consumption for the nut in the nursing and the number of weaned pigs was influenced by the levels of protein of the diet of gestation quadractly. The loss of relative weight of the female in the nursing was affected linearly by the level of crude protein in the gestation diet. The protein level didn't affect the rut after it weans, but the estimate of the best use of energy for the lactic nut quadractly was influenced. It was ended that the level of crude protein that best assisted the demands protein for gilts in the period pregnancy it was 13%.
