Aiming to evaluate the effect of the enzyme phytase and xylanase on the availability of phosphorus in pig diets of 63 to 103 days of age, there was an experiment in which 84 pigs commercial hybrids were used, castrated males distributed in experimental design of randomized block design with six treatments and seven repetitions. The used treatments were: T1 - basal diet; T2 - basal diet with reduction of 0.15% available phosphorus (Pdisp) and 50 kcal metabolizable energy / kg (EM / kg); T3 - basal diet with reduced Pdisp 0.15% and 50 kcal / kg (T2), and addition of mixture of enzymes (xylanase and phytase); T4 - basal diet (T1) and inclusion of 15% of FAD; T5 - basal diet with reduction of 0.15% Pdisp and 50 kcal / kg (T2) and include 15% FAD and T6 - basal diet with reduction of 0.15% Pdisp and 50 kcal / kg and adding the mixture of enzymes (xylanase and phytase) (T3) and inclusion of 15% FAD. The parameters evaluated were submitted to ANOVA and orthogonal contrasts Feed conversion (FC) were compared with the percentage differences between the values of treatment and control treatment values. The feed conversion of pigs was higher in treatments with phosphorus reduction (T2) and (T5) and enzyme inclusion (T3) and (T6); and less phosphorus reduction without treatment and without inclusion of enzymes (T4) in relation to the control treatment (T1) without reducing phosphorus and without the inclusion of enzymes. There was no significant effect of treatment on the level of phosphorus available (Pdisp) in bone, on the calcium and phosphorus in bone, on alkaline phosphatase activity in serum, on the vertical diameter of the bones and the feed consumption Swine. In the treatments with inclusion of FAD significant effect on the length of the bones. In treatments without addition of FAD, was no significant effect on the weight gain of the animals, on the final thickness of the fat animals, the calcium content in the bone on the weights of the bones in nature and degreased and dried over the levels of bone proteins. It was observed significant effect on bone crack resistance in diets with or without FAD. The supplemental enzymes and phosphorus reduction alters the performance of pigs. The bone breaking resistance is affected by the reduction in phosphorous diets with or without FAD. The reduction in the level of the feed Pdisp alters bone quality and the levels of bone proteins.
